Our clients and applicants typically provide us with personal financial information, such as details about income, expenses and debts, so that we can propose an action plan for managing their student loans. With your authorization, we may also receive additional information from creditors, credit bureaus and consumer reporting agencies, and the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) including information on your accounts and amounts owed.
Nonpublic personal information about you may also become available to others in the normal course of our efforts to serve you. This might include independent contractors, such as technical systems consultants who program our software, and companies involved in various segments of financial service business, such as the transfer of funds.

I understand that Take Charge America will provide counseling and recommendations concerning my student loan options. I understand that information provided by Take Charge America does not constitute legal advice and if I have any legal questions I should speak with an attorney.
I further understand that while Take Change America charges a fee for its student loan counseling services, the majority of the current federal student loan assistance programs do not require a fee to enroll. If I wish to apply for a student loan program I may do so directly, without utilizing the services of a third party such as Take Charge America.
